The hotel is very clean and well managed. The rooms are very nice! Indoor pool and hottub are very nice and clean. Both pool and hot tub have a handicap lift that is easy to use. You just have to let the front desk know you will be using them and they will bring the battery pack you need to operate them. They have an awesome hot and cold breakfast buffet with enough varieties for everyone. They also do a FREE themed dinner every Mon-Wed from 5:30 - 7:00 which is Amazing! The staff here are so Nice and accommodating. Many of them went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable.😉 Thank you for the Awsome customer service!! 😀 🙌

This hotel was far better than I expected. The suite had a full kitchen, bar for eating, desk, living area with full sized couch and TV, large bedroom, and ample bathroom. The 24-hour airport shuttle was a standout service as many hotels stopped pickups at 11:00 PM. I thought I would need it at around 12:45 PM, but due to flight delays I needed it at 2:00 AM - no problem for them. The drivers and front desk staff were very accommodating.

We were traveling from AZ to ME and this was by far the best property. The room was clean and spacious. The social reception the breakfast were both outstanding. My wife doesn’t usually care for hotel complimentary breakfast and to quote her, I am a happy camper. We will seek out other Staybridge hotels in all our future travels. Hats off to the management and staff.

I thought the rooms were very spacious and clean. The breakfast had a nice variety and the outdoor patio was so fun to sit on at night by the fire. We took three kids and the pool was perfect for them, also very clean. You can walk to the mall across the road within five minutes. Plenty of restaurants in the area. I was very impressed with this hotel. It was a bit more than others in the area (may have been because it was graduation weekend) but worth every penny.

Amazing hotel. Clean. We had the 2 bedroom, 1 king bed, 2 queen bed suite. So much space. 2 bathrooms. All very clean. Plenty of towels. It felt like a complete home. We stopped for a night on a very long drive and it was amazing. We wanted to stay longer. And breakfast was great. Even fresh berries and Greek yogurt along with all the usual in a buffet breakfast. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay!

The one bedroom suite was very spacious and the breakfast had plenty of options that were tasty. The staff were very friendly and polite. The location was walking distance to Colonie mall. The bed was very comfortable. The common areas were very spacious that you d CD a come out of your room and relax in the sun.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was great, close to shops and restaurants. Hotel rooms look like they just went through a renovation. Downstairs being renovated near the lobby and gym. Very close to sports tournament we were playing in. Rooms were spacious, clean and kitchen had many amenities for a hotel.

There was garbage under the sink and food in thr fridge and the kitchen sink was dirty. I saw Stepahan in the hall a house keeper told him and he stopped what he was doing and took care of it no questions asked I really appreciated that

Overall, this property was amazing! It was a great value for the family. The pool and hot tub were superb. Breakfast had a very wide selection, and everyone got their fill. The water pressure was also great in the bathroom.

Price was good. Rooms were roomy and clean. Breakfast was outstanding with many choices beyond any traditional Continental breakfast offerings(eggs, fresh waffles, various juices, fresh fruit, yogurts, granola, teas, coffees, bacon, potatoes, bagels, English muffins etc). Ice machines available. I rented a 1 bdrm suite. It had a Full size refrigerator, 2 smart tv's, couch that folded out into a full sized bed. Bedroom was super roomy with a large King sized bed that was comfortable. Only 2 minor issues I encountered. The way the lights work in the room by inserting the room key card can be wonky at times. Most of the staff were great with the exception of the late shift that took several hrs to deliver 1 extra blanket to our room so the kids could go to sleep. The hotel is right next to the Colonie Center Mall and many restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel
